霸菱地产, one of the world’s largest diversified real estate investment managers, is pleased to announce it has leased the 12th floor of its Landmark office development in Manchester to international law firm, DAC Beachcroft.
DAC Beachcroft is relocating from 3 Hardman Square in Spinningfields into Barings’ 180,000 sq ft Landmark office building on St Peter’s Square in Manchester. The full-service international law firm has signed a 10-year lease for the 13,228 sq ft 12th floor and is anticipated to take occupation this coming Autumn once fit-out works have completed.
DAC Beachcroft will join existing high-profile occupiers HSBC UK, JP Morgan Chase & Co, 安联保险, 均富, 仲量联行, 先锋, 燕八哥银行, 桑坦德银行英国, RSM, 以及Landmark的Xero. Following the latest letting, only the 4th 和6th floors are available for occupation.
Barings’ forward-thinking approach to integrate technological infrastructure, 可持续性, well-being and customer experience into the design and operation of Landmark has led to it securing a raft of global occupiers in quick succession. Key features such as contactless technologies enabling touch-free movement within the building, a dedicated cycle storage and maintenance hub, high-quality showers and changing facilities, electric car charging spaces and Amazon lockers for package delivery and returns all add to the offering at the BREEAM Excellent and Wired Score Platinum development.
